Felix Lebrun Sweeps Calderano to Capture Bronze at Paris 2024

Felix Lebrun, the 17-year-old table tennis sensation from France, made history at the Paris 2024 Olympics by defeating Brazil’s Hugo Calderano 4-0 in the men’s singles bronze medal match. In his Olympic debut, Lebrun delivered a commanding performance, winning with set scores of 11-6, 12-10, 11-7, and 11-6.

With this victory, Lebrun has become the first Frenchman to win an Olympic bronze in men’s table tennis singles and the first to bring home a medal in this category since Jean-Philippe Gatien’s silver in 1992.
